Buyers Agent (NOW HIRING)

Job Description:

Oro Valley's most productive Real Estate Buyers Agents are on our team. The Sayers Team generates over 150 transactions per year and we need experienced professional Real Estate Agents to help our Home Buyers find the perfect home.

Experience:

  • Must have an Active AZ Real Estate License
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Residential Real Estate Sales with several closed transactions in the Saddlebrooke AZ, Oro Valley or Oro Valley real estate markets.

Skills:

  • Computer - General computer and software skills including email, TARMLS & Microsoft Word.
  • People Skills - Must be able to communicate in a friendly, positive, professional manner with people via phone, email and in person.
  • Organization - The position requires keeping our Buyers up-to-date with the purchase of their home and submitting fully executed documents to your Transaction Manager.
  • Time Management - Must be able to be self directed in a fast paced environment and be able to set priorities & meet strict deadlines.

Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Description:

Our team generates over 150 transactions per year and we need a detail oriented person to maintain complete, up-to-date files, communicate and follow-up with clients regarding paperwork & deadlines, and perform property research.

Experience:

  • Must have an Active AZ Real Estate License
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Residential Real Estate Sales with several closed transactions, or...
  • Minimum of 2 Years of prior Residential Real Estate Transaction Management experience.

Skills:

  • Computer - General computer and software skills including email, TARMLS & Microsoft Word.
  • People Skills - Must be able to communicate in a friendly, positive, professional manner with people via phone, email and in person.
  • Organization - The position requires keeping detailed files complete and up-to-date.
